Hello friends in TE,

Taiping is a town situated in the north of Perak State. It is the wettest area in Malaysia and this shot was taken after the rain the previous night. Patches of water puddle is still visible in the image. The background is the Maxwell hill, making a pleasing backdrop to this town.

Very attractive landscape shot!

Wettest area! Many people will not realise that 1 day's rainfall here can be a year's rain in some regions elsewhere. I wonder how Taiping got its name origin?

The lush green tropical green is very well shown in this scene. Good composed view of thing but everygreen!

this landscape looks a little like a European summer landscape: trees, mountains in the distance... green grass...!
Very lovely view.
The photo looks a little dark, but I have just seen the time when it was taken, so no wonder! it is evening, and it will soon be dark!
Excellent composition.

Hello Jusni, Lovely green countryside, with the mountain in BG forming an excellent backdrop. The trees are interesting, not only in colour & shape but they seem to balance this scene very nicely.
