Photographer's Note
The traffic at the Kampar old town center is a bit busy during the Chinese New Year.
Kampar (Chinese:金宝)is a town in the state of Perak, Malaysia. Founded in 1887, the town lies within the Kinta Valley and located in the newly-created Kampar District, an area rich with tin reserves. It was a tin mining town which boomed during the height of the tin mining industry. There were many tin mines on the outskirts of Kampar during the height of the mining boom. Most of them were established in the late 19th century, flourished in the 1900s, only to stagnate and decline after World War I, with the exception of an exhilarating boom in the 1920s. Most have closed down following the collapse of the industry.
At present, the commercial and industrial sectors are main driving forces of Kampar's economy. More recently, its economy is further driven by the construction of the new Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) campus.

Hello Ally,
This shows the hustle and bustle of the city perfectly, and to see all the signs one must walk the street or sit in a chair as I am and look to where I want to eat, like the sign of the Colonel, Kentucky Fried Chicken that stands out quite well over the remaining signs.
Excellent capture of city life...

Hi Ally,
The quantity of cars is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the signboards of the shops. The good luminosity is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.

Hello Ally.
A stunning composition full of originality with the abundance of signs indicative, it is difficult to decide which you read. I like the diagonal in the plane.
Very good sharpness and brightness.
Well done. I love it.
Enjoy a good day.
Best wishes.

Hi Ally,
I enjoy your excellent photographs from Malaysia very much. This one remind me to my regular drive (at least once a week) through Kampar when I was working on Project in Lumut. You have sellected excellent crop allowing to concentrate on three major issues, the cars in traffic jam, the motorcyclist trying to beat the jam, and the most typical old houses facades withsignboards. Excellent snapshot.

Hello Ally,
nice the view as the good reportage shot from this side of the road with the lot of the signs and the cars to make the image so confusing.I like the excellent light and colour management as the clarity of the image.
