This picture was taken during this special festival at Tai Pee Sim Monastery, Ipoh. This is the festival where you pray and wish for a good year ahead and cleanse your this year bad karma. The horses and boats are responsible to take your bad karma away. Devotees after walking on the spiritual pathway this paper horses and others will be set on fire to signify sending off.
