Fantastic study of two adjacent stores - allowing us to contrast and compare. Vivid colour of course, which always attracts the eye and never hurts a shot. Nicely done!

Hello Richard,

Werner Heisenberg once observed, "Never underestimate how much pleasure it gives a man to hear/see what he already knows." So it is for me in this image featuring brilliant colors, against a dark overcast sky. I've been to the area, including Melaka (if that is indeed on the path between Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur).

I love the mix of colorful dutch colonial atmosphere with a touch of asia, also the dark clouds give a noce contrast.
