Photographer’s Note
The seaside on the West coast of Peninsular Malaysia is not so rough and the waves are not so strong compared to the east coast.
This beach taken in Port Dickson. It is still an interesting and a nice beach to visit. But compared to 20 years ago, it is such a big difference. It is getting less blue and the water is a bit polluted nowadays. Though still ok.

Hi Foozi,
This shot reminds me so much of holidays I've spent in Asia. The gentle onshore breeze through the palms, the beach, the walking paths, just perfect.
Lovely shot, very nice composition, POV and lovely light.
Well done.
Cheers

Hello Foozi,
The palm trees make a fine diagonal configuration along the shoreline!
Interesting to see what you sat about West and East coast, if someone told me to make a guess I'd say it is the opposite, hehehe...
The yellowish palm leaves make a nice colour contrast!
Greetings,

Simple and minimalist compo, but a good tropical mood, for me European Guy.
Good depth thanlk to the double perspective : the path, the beach.
Interesting purple light and mood too...

It seams to be a nice and pleasant stretch of coast line, which was really quite that day. The palm trees give a nice holiday mood and make us wish to be there relaxing and forgetting the actual financial turmoil. The colours on the palms are fantastic, going from the brown of the dead leaf to the very green on top. One minor, but noticeable, flaw is the tilted horizon. But, it is nothing major.

Hi Foozi,
I like the POV you've chosen to take such a nice seascape and the effect of light and wind on the palm trees. Very good perspective and DOF too.
Best regards,
JR

Assalamualaikum. Port Dickson, a place that I ventured a lot in the 70s but rarely enjoyed my visit there any more because it is getting too crowded. You have managed a pretty good shot of this rather deserted sea side with the walking path adding depth to the frame. The sharpness of the coconut trees making it so dominant in the foreground. TFS and warmest regards. Jusni
