Photographer’s Note

Bird view shoot just a minute after the flight departed. The town showing here is Nilai, the trees are oil palms.

Nilai is a town located in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Due to its proximity, and connection through the KTM to Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, it is a rapidly growing town. Development projects can be seen as one drives around Nilai.

The aerial view is showing the details and colors of the city of Nilai. The streets and roads have a graphical effect on the composition. There is a good contrast between the colors. Have a nice day.

I have heard of Nilai many times but just exactly sure where it is. This was taken on your way to Bali, right.
Next post should be from Bali.

A somewhat misty aerial view on a cloudy day without direct sunlight, but the result is still great.

interesting picture of this area ,in Belgium the first thing you see in the landscape just after the take off ,is a cimetery ! it s not case here... be quiet in travelling by air after that !!! have a nice day Henri

This elevated point of view give a fine impression of the town, a pictorial map!
Good details in the near part but haze seems to blur the distant view a bit...
Photography from an airplanes is difficult for many reasons, but you get a fine result here and the tilted feeling is appropriate for the situation!

Interesting the ground`s geometry. At the right there is a tributary. I suppose an island is formed. But near the city of Nilai the river takes two directions and it may mean another one. Nilai is a name that I start registering to my virtual travels. Warm regards. Domingos
