Ah what a nice place Melaka, isn't it ? Your composition associating both is excellent and could serve for a nice postcard, the church red is punchy thanks to good highlights and contrast. The framing is a bit tight, a slightly wider one would allow you to adjust the vertical on the right without affecting the scene. Considering the overall brightness and your parameters, I'd go for ISO 100 and little wider aperture, this wouldn't look different at TE size, but at full size yes.

I feel happy that you also find this historical church building a good subject of photography. I had visited this place and find the architecture is unique beside the wonderful color.
Nice shot to include the tricycles tightly framed.
