[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In the Melacca resort, they have an animal safari opens in the day. We explored the place for at least 5 hours before it closes at 5PM or 6PM.
In between hours, they have some scheduled shows in certain locations. This photo was taken in the bird show at noon.
In order to generate some funds for feeding the birds, they have this parrot flying around to "collect" the fund. The parrot will fly to the hand's of any person with a RM10 red color note sticking up. A kind father(I persume)hugged the kid with the note on his hand. I guessed the grip must be quite hard from the expression.

I was standing probably 6 meters away and shot this with 300mm. This photo was cropped tightly to focus on the parrot and kid. Lucky for me to catch the split second action.

You can see another photo of this parrot dropping the money into the box in workshop.

Hope you like this photo as much as I like the bird show. We had a great time there and went home happy.

Nice shot Chai. You can see the talons of the parrot gripping hard on the child's hand resulting in that painful expression. Could feel it myself. Your patience with your 300mm paid off.
