Visiting a number of Indian families in Malaysia, I noticed that there's quite a contrast in what possessions certain families have. These two kids are cousins, Kishan and Nisha, though they have quite varying wealth. Kishan's family has a standardly furnished house, whilst Nisha's doesn't even have beds. It must feel like quite a privilege for some families to come to church, as it's much more tidy and has much more appeal to what they have at home. And the Christmas Service is probably the most privileged and joyous occasion of all for them (it certainly was for me too).
