Took this shot from the top level of Thean Hou Temple in the afternoon with bright sunlight. You can view KL city from here without much difficulties. 8-)
I took this shot handheld and set the aperture to F16 to give the photo more DOF.
I always wonder why they have those small figurines on most of the Chinese temples ? I will post a close up later.
About the photo, it was resize and adjusted brightness and sharpen.

A good view of the Petronas towers & KL Menara Tower. I like the use of the curving red eaves, as frames. Well done!

What a nice idea for all the rooftops on one image, I find the most beautiful the leftside and righthand on the foreground. Splendid view on the background with city and the great towers.
Thanks a lot for visit.

it is interesting to see so many different types of rooftops in this photo ... the contrast between the old and new is good
but I am not really that happy with the timing of this shot ... I would have liked to shot it in the morning or evening ... just to add some drama to it
thanks for sharing .... cheers .... sarju

nice view and good foreground too! the spot light on the left is a little distracting though :) i like that you can see both, the petronas towers and the tv tower on the picture. i've been up there one year ago and it's great.

I really like how you've made that closest structure so white--whiter than the rest of the subjects. Nice mix of random architecture behind it too, as this lends focus to that first white structure.

You have definately chosen a good vantage point for this shot with the two prominent KL landmarks. The composition is great though I would wish that the spotlight is not there. They are always a nuisance and I guess we just have to put up with it. The vivid orange is excellent with the nice soft blue. Well done!! Regards.

Good contrast captured in your shot. The traditional in the foreground against the modern structures beyond. Well done.
