The photo of this metal sculpture of a whale was shot on a bright sunny day at the KLCC Park next to the Petronas Towers.
The shape and the texture of the sculpture were very intriguing. The "cold" reflection of the metal on the waters of the lake also posed an interesting contrast to the "warmer" reflection of the green lawn.
The KLCC park features a large children's playground with a pool, a jogging track, patterned foot-paths, a bridge, a symphony fountain and many interesting water features and sculptures including those of this humpback whale and two dolphins, seemingly jumping out of the lake (which may all be seen in the COMPLEMENTARY WORKSHOP IMAGE with a wider crop).
