I took this photo last year when I first got my new lens. Touched up this photo long time ago but still sitting in TE folder. Decided to post this at last for all to share.
It was about 3PM, I was on a moving LRT on my way back after collecting the lens.
This area is called Pudu. The famous landmark here was the Pudu jail. The jail is no longer in used since a new one was completed years ago.
There are a lot of printers in this area. At this hour, the traffic is considered OK. Yet you could see some chaotic traffic. Sad to say and I do admit, Malaysian drivers are the worse.
The slight jam here was caused by some selfish drivers parking their vehicles indiscriminately along the road. A usual 4-lane road would turn into a 2-lane road, hence the bottle neck and the jam.
I wouldn't want to drive down to town unless necessary. If possible, I will take a LRT ride to cut short my frustration being stuck on the road by some selfish person.
To me, the lack of enforcement is the main culprit for these chaotic situation. Laws are there but no one there to enforce, what's the use ?
The photo is almost in its original form except cropped away some borders.
For those wishing to visit Kuala Lumpur in the future, prepare yourself for some traffic jam. Make us of the situation and take some photos for TE. 8-)

Hi Chaity, Excellent sharpness using your new lens. A very typical everyday scene from this busy city, with plenty of Proton cars in the street. The wires across the foreground are a bit of a distraction and maybe could be cropped out. Your new lens in a beauty. Murray.

Nice job, Chai. Photo is sharp and clear and has good dof, pov. One caveat, I would have cropped the bottom part where the flags are.

Your new lens show good sharpness. Good photo of daily traffic in KL, very typical of many Asian cities. Wires used to bother me but they really are part of the urban scene. Best wishes. Danilo

at first sight not a strong structured shot but reading the note it make more sense to capture the chaos of traffic. Still a slight crop from below would cut the disturbing boards I suppose. Keep it on, find the structure, the story and a tiny artistic touch. A very high quality shot in natural color/sharpness.

A very nice view down the street here with so many cars. It's a very nice cityscape, that is well composed too. The big trees are very attractive with their green. Well done!

I like busy street sceneries, be it busy with cars or with people or both... And the traffic in major Asian cities never stop to amaze me!
This is a nice one with lots of details to explore...
Well composed image, where the street provides th perspective... The green trees add to the scenic value!
Good clarity of colours and details!

Thanks for interesting link I have looking and very well!
Oef: a big city, nice perspective and absolutely not bad picture, but I come of a country site. I can not with my 300D and 70-300 lens, works without thripod, always blur!
Very nice perspective and nice composition too!
Thanks for sharing.
