My monitor 'died' today, & I had to replace it with an older, Samsung SyncMaster 500 b. Everything now looks like it has a red magenta color cast.
I've adjusted this image until the grey areas 'look' right, but they probably aren't. I'd appreciate some feedback on the color balance.

For me the sky I think is normal, because it was a grey and clody day. I don't see nothing special and the grey tones seem perfect, in my opinion and in my monitor.
Nice capture and enquadrement.
Best to you.

Nice photo. This mosque looks very modern. Very detailed photo. The colours are very grey, but they make this modern and futuristic buildingstyle even stronger, so it gives a good effect. I like the dramatic sky. A shame that the top of the tower was cut off.

you have no problem of color balance despite your old monitor, on mine which I think is calibrated as well as possible I thing you are in a normal "temperature" around 6500, no colour taking over, and the composition contrasted like if you have made the black point tight to a dark green.
I like this composition showing this very modern Mosquée.

hi chris, quite an interesting photo presenting modernity of the city; what strikes me here is the emptiness of the place, any idea why?

Sorry to hear about your monitor, Chris. The photo still looks fine I think, it is well contrasted and the color balance seems okay. It is comprehensively framed, but I would not mind being able to see the top of the spire, I have to say ;-)

The colors look ok on my monitor,
I´m surprised of the size from this futuric mosque.Good compo, the high pov gives a very good overview.

To be true this looks quite nice in terms of color. It has a cooler, bluer tone than it’s usual in your images and it works for me. Especially the combination of white and blue is quite nice.
Regarding the subject I find this mosque very interesting as it has a very different design that I’m used to see. It’s a pity the cropped top of the tower but I believe it was a though choice between the tower and the nice details in the ground.

Hi Chris. Sorry to hear about your monitor. The colors look a little off but I wouldn't be too worried about it. That scan was of very high quality. I like all of the shapes to be found. That sure is a modern looking mosque, but I still see the minaret. Well done Chris and thanks for sharing.

Hi Chris, I like the nice perspective view and repetition showing in this photo. You have done a great job to have all people driven out for your picture :D. A nice and clear picture; a sharp and deep image. Well done.
