These are some Chinese refreshments, we call it Dim Sum too, showing in this photo are rice noodle roll, pastry and Bao (包). At old time, we having dim sum as breakfast and eat some pastry at tea time, but in current days we can eat these foods at night too.

Dim Sum (点心) is a nice name, 点 mean touch and 心 mean heart, it mean touching your heart.
