Recently Chinese around the world are busy to make the Chinese New Year preparations and decorations. This year the first day of CNY is falling on 10th February, and we celebrate it along 15 days.

The above photo is showing one of the shop that selling CNY decoration items at Chinatown.

Hello Ally,
Looking at the lanterns, the decoration items and the flowers I note that red and gold are clearly the most important colours for Chinese people for their celebration of New Year.
The pictures are beautiful bright and colourful and you composed them well.

An extraordinary work of great beauty, in this as in the other two that you include in the WS.
Ideal environments and powerful images with these dominant red, photo nº2 of WS seems super original and beautiful, in my opinion should take the place of honor within the trio. But they are all beautiful.

I´ve seen preparations for New Year in Hong Kong,
but this presented by you in this photo,but also in other 2 in WS are magnificent.They´re much more colorful and picturesque.Different shades of red and pink look really delightful here.Well composed scene.

Chinese New Year in Malaysia is probably as festive as in China. I love all the red decoration items. For Chinese, there is not better color than red and gold :)
