A Hot Afternoon, a photo from Kuala Lumpur, West

Photographer's Note

Although there is no four seasons found in my homecity, however temperature at summer is around 1 to 2'C higher than other 'season', with this little rising of temperature, we are still definitely feel extremely hot at the mid year.

Many of the families in the city are still living without air cooling system. The above photo showing children doing their homework just in front of the window, a fan is looming inside their dark bedroom. Thought it is effectively in saving energy and good for against global warming without using air cooling machine and have not turn on the lamp at daylight. They open up the windows and roll up the curtain for allow more sunlight to bright up the interior of their house.

This is a house in shop lot's style, people are living at first floor, while the ground floor is using as a shop. ( My old photo to show the outlook of some Shop Houses.

fantastic composition.. i love the sense of tranquility and calm in this beautiful shot. we have very hot summers with summer-like springs in my hometown also.. it's not easy to spend the day effective in these regions.. the note is very interesting and informative too. perfectly good job!

Wonderfully rich details on those window openings and the yellow facade. The girl stands out enhancing the contrast superbly. Intriguing shapes that are well set off by the dark indoor ambient. Its and attractive picture but my negative comments are: the girl is too central in the compo, and you to have lost some sharpness on the most important element. Well done.

Believe me, I do not have a fan, and the summer temperatures were around 40 degrees Celsius.
Never warmer years.
Nice view in your photo look out the window up one in the world.
The boy was sweaty.
Interesting color facade.

a composition very nice with vision paint, perfect symmetry of the window in the plane, the child who seems to be writing behind it is a perfect touch.
