View through Airplane Window-14
Kuala Lumpur Ė Bukit Jalil
When I remember back these many flights Iíve taken in the past, there is nothing else than the spectacular views of the world below the airplane that remain in my memory; views which we are not able to see from the ground.
Enjoy the view of the world outside the airplane window as I've seen and captured it with my camera.
Iíve taken this photo during flight from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok (on board of Thai Airways B 777-200 airplane) from an altitude of around 7,000m a.s.l.
You can see the Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil area. Bukit Jalil is a suburb of Kuala Lumpur, bounded by the National Sports Complex on the east, the Shah Alam Expressway on the north, city boundaries to the west, and the Puchong-Sungai Besi Highway as well as city boundaries to the south. It was known as the Bukit Jalil Estate until 1992, when it was developed into the National Sports Complex for the 1998 Commonwealth Games. It was used as a filming location for the 1999 movie Entrapment.

A city of endless while the eye is lost in buildings that look as small as blocks of LEGO. The clouds creates a wonderful composition.

The clouds are playing hide and seek with the city. The aerial point of view is allowwing me to see the details and colores of the houses and of the buildings. The good luminosity is enhancing the beauty of the colors. Have a nice day.

You got a good shot from the plane. And it seems the weather helped also. The light and sharpness are good and I like the white clouds. A nice view of the city and the Sports Complex!

the view is very rich and interesting, there's so much to see. I wonder how life is in this place and what happened to the sport complex after the games. Thoughts are always flowing in front of such views and time is little when you are in the plane travelling and passing everything so quickly. You have frozen this airplane view with superb lighting and clarity. It's like we are hiding behind a floating cloud and we have all the time we need to get to know the city. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a good day,

This is quite an impressive overlook on Bukit Jalil seen from where a passenger feels too much pressure on eardrums!
This much-detailed picture appears as informative as those seen on Google Earth!
I'll be off-line for one week.
