Hello Foozi,
A very beautiful composition with all the different shapes and colours of the vegetables displayed around the woman in her clothes in vivid colours.
Is this picture taken on the market inside a building with a dome with yellow glass ?
In 1993 I visited Kota Bharu and then there was that wonderful marketbuilding. It was possible to take pictures from the first floor overlooking the whole market scene.

Very nice capture to be able to enjoy a lot of colors of various vegetables. Good sharpness despite having used a telephoto lens at a slow shutter speed.

I always like the market of Malaysia with so many colors and daily produce for sale but it is so difficult to shoot anything in such a crowded place and trying to get a decent composition requires so much skill. Here you have done a superb job in isolating the woman in bright red/yellow to become your subject while the farm produce around here are nicely placed and decorated as accessories to the subject. Very sharp and good to share this on TE post.

Hi Foozi,
That's quite an array of goodies this women has for sale, she isn't spoiling any prospective customer for choice. We use pretty well everything she has there in our cooking here at home, although none of what we get here in Sydney would be as fresh as this.
You may be interested to know we are paying about AUD$1.00 each for Limes and Galangal root is really expensive.
Superb details, the shot has good exposure and excellent sharps.

what a variety!.... Quite impressive! I guess one may get blind if one looks at such a colourful bright scene long enough! :) LOL
I think that it's rather difficult to take photos at markets where there is pretty little space and it is difficult to choose the right composition. But this photo is very well composed. It's a pity though that we can't see the seller's face...

A very nicely captured daily life scene, with marvellous colours and textures. What a collection of lovely natural foods, and the stall owner sitting so serenely in the middle. Maybe it's a pity we can't see her face.
I travelled in this area many years ago when I was a young man. I have always loved Malaysian food, and this photo certainly reminds me of it.
