Hello friends in TE.

This is a view from the jetty leading to Selat Bagan Nyior (straits), in Pulau Dayang Bunting - Langkawi.

The Pulau Dayang Bunting is known to be the second largest island of the Langkawi archipelago. The island, about 18 kms from Kuah Town, is located on the southwest of Langkawi Island, next to Pulau Tuba. It is easily accessible from Kuah Jetty or Pantai Cenang. The island owes its name to Tasik Dayang Bunting (literally means Lake of the Pregnant Maiden), which is the largest lake of Langkawi. The lake together with the island is shrouded in a legend.

nice the perspective of the jetty that leading the eye to the opposite side of the lake's bank.I like the colours of the boats as the calmness of the scene.Well done.

Boats seem to be our theme today.
Very nice composition as well as DOF, you are in focus all the way from foreground to infinity.
A lovely scene, peaceful but filled with expectation of the journey ahead.
The soft colours really enhance the image.

Hello Jusni,
The blur prow makes a splendid point directing the eyes across the turquoise waters towards the tree covered hills. The other two boats are nicely included offering a sense of depth and a feeling of vitality. Good light, colours and sharpness.

Langkawi it must be ages since I was the last time there. In the 1980s it was a nice island, but then it began changing very fast. Some of the beauty still is there, but there are too many resorts ... your boat points to the islands, boosting DOF. Vibrant colors with high sharpness. Well done

Hello Jusni,

The thumbnail leads me to think you were out boating, but looking closer I can see you're still ashore!
The strong blue contrasts well with the greenish sea...
The scene is well framed in an interesting composition, and I notice the fine veil of clouds!

Hi Jusni, There is something very pleasant about being on a boat especially in the tropics when the weather is as you show it. The bow of the boat is appealing and makes us feel that we are there with you. The two smaller craft add an nteresting element. Only suggestion may be to add a frame around this pleasant scene as the white clouds seem to merge with the top of the page. TFS. Murray.
