Photographer’s Note
Hello friends in TE.
As I was taking a weekend stroll with the children around the lake posted yesterday, I spotted this strange looking tree with the lower part of the tree flourishing with beautiful flowers. I took this shot in shallow DoF but the lake is pretty well visible in the frame.
Thanks for viewing!

Hi Jusni,
lovely photography. It's such a nice approach. The depth and focus are really good. There is another good feature in this one which is the lighting. Nicely done!

Hi Jusni
No, it's a great shot and DOF is fine due to the lake in the BG. Moreover you have selected the best exposure possible for this shot with F3.2. I think I have seen this flowers before in Alor Star along the river. Color saturation is as high as the sharpness. Well done

The flowers on the tree are very pretty and unusual as the leaves don't appear to be out yet. Well chosen DOF to isolate the subject from the background.

Hi Jusni,
Wow, that is a remarkable looking flower, as Kath says it is unusual in that there are no leaves only blooms.
Good idea in opening up the iris to get that shallow DOF.
Looks like it was a lovely day for a walk.

Hello Jusni,
I see that you are frequently using Canon instead of your Nikon. The image turns out surprising good from a Canon;)), bright and vibrant colours. The shallow DOF helps us to focus the attention on the flowers. Good work

Hello Jusni,
If you don't kn ow what kind of tree it is I certainly don't hahaha!
But the flowers are very attractive, colourful and eye-catching...
Good macro job as the DoF is spot on leaving a pleasant blurry background!
Greetings,
Pablo -

Bonjour Jushi,
une photo pleine de fraicheur dans ces couleurs que je qualifierais de 'fruitées'. Une excellente réduction de prodondeur de champ qui donne bien le focus sur l'avant pan mais aussi pas mal de relief.
My best regards.
Daniel.
