Hi friends in TE.

We have been having very wet week with the rain falling heavily all week long. Having a short break with some blue sky, I decided to take a walk with my children around this lake. Water lilies are blooming in different colors and I took a few shots. Here is one of the famous pink lily.

Thanks for mentioning the name of this flower, I have picture of it my archives but no idea about the name. Very nice shot, the light is directly on the flower, makes her dominate the picture or setting a highlight. Good idea. Fine sharpness and DOF. Well done

Hi Jusni,
A lovely shot, your composition using the pink water lilly as the focal point in the frame is a very good idea, so too the foreground reeds on the right of frame.
Excellent depth and image quality.
You are not the only one experiencing a wet season, here in Sydney it has been pouring rain for the past week.

The pink lily stands out well in the lush greenery!
Easy to see this is rainy season as the green is so fresh and vivid...
A pleasant composition, balanced and with good depth and the low point of view works well!

Hi Jusni,This looks like a nice tranquil place that offers good living in lush surroundings. I looked up your area in Google and found out that it is a complete new development. We have waterlilies too in the place where I come from, Gent, but they are whote wit a yellow heart. You have a nice composition here. In Luxemburg today is grey with no colors at all.

Yes, it's wet season and plenty of evidents to support that - lush greens vegetation and a near overflowing lake. A nice low POV shot with sharp FG grass and lotus blossom.

Hi Jusni,

The reflections on the water are assets to the composition. The water lily in the foreground leads our eyes toward the house and the trees which is giving depth to the photo. The cloudy sky is filtering the lignt which is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.

Here too, during the monsoon season, we have sunny morning, raining at afternoon and evening. Lovely greenery environment, the reddish flower is vision attraction, thanks for sharing the relaxing view.

Salam Jusni,
the waterlily gives a good signature here. I like the deep penetrating view till the gazebo on the other side.
Lovely presentation and excellent sharpness. The fantastic view is further added by the graphical presentation of the green grass.
