This is a village where people plant padi. The river gives a water for irrigation. The water is muddy and it encourages the growth of water lilies.

It is a really nice perspective and the flower on bottom creates a good departure point for the eye to go up and admire the whole picture. Well done.

Hello Foozi,

Seems like the water lilies are taking over the river!
I think this is the first time I see them grow in rivers and running water, here we only find them in lakes...
I like the low point of view that adds an interesting dimension to the composition!

how did you take this photo? from a boat? or standing on the bank, from the distance? This POV makes the photo very dynamic, and after looking at the lilies the eyes immediately travel to the distant trees. Very interesting and really lovely!
