Photographer’s Note
I took this photo by one-third principle (composition). In Malaysia, we use street lamp to passing our telephone line and electric wire as well as TV antenna in every house. actually they are quite ugly but sometime can become one of the topic for photography.

hi Wesley ,a good attempt.
the photo is underexposed(kinda),perhaps wait for the lamp to light up can give more meaning to the photo. furthermore, the buildings have been cut off by the horizontal line in the bottom, maybe u can frame all of it into the photo.
just my two cents, dont have to agree wt me.
tfs
cheers,
Jack

If you choose street lamp as subject, zoom in on the lamp, avoid the wires. This shot is distracting to the eye, what is the main subject? Titled street lamp, it is too far and too small with little details. Sorry, but not meant to be harsh, just opinions only.
TFS, cheers
Bill
