[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
hi all,
this is a photo taken yesterday when i visited the site of my project in a small town name Kulai in Johor. the government plans to develop this unattended park to a historical landmark....so me and my fellow groupmates are assigned to do the planning and design the area.

the problem is, there is not much data on the historical bacjground. i know that this is originally a kitchen of a police quarters, the quarters were demolished in the seventies, these are the remains, yet, i have a question, anyone know how it works?

i hope u guys like this....taken at 3 pm - very very hot and glaring afternoon.

thanks all, have a nice day!

Yes, i like this Eleen:). I like those ""(i don't know the word in english). It's like the subject was cloned.Good composition and depth of field.

Aren't this family barbecues, if each family had her own fire? In any case, the photograph is magic, with this repetition of these chimneys. It is very beautiful and special, very well seen, Eleen! Bravo! Claude!

Interesting picture. That repetition of the large cooking-stoves. It doesn’t look like a place of “haute cuisine”.

Interesting picture with a nice perspective and good colours, well done!

There is a Chinese book for Kulai which note down the history of this town, the book is published 2 or 3 years ago, you can easily find it in chinese bookstore in JB

nice picture!

I have always found ruins of any kind interesting. This is a really colorful photo with interesting shapes and textures. I don't know what these items are but it is good to hear they are being preserved. I'm sure if you do a bit of digging in the area and asking the locals someone might remember what they were. Probably a good idea to ask a lot of questions of those who live nearby.

It's a interesting site. It raises more questions than the answers. Good thinking and good POV.
