A Day in Life of a Fish-Farmer
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
The sun might still be blazing in the late afternoon, but a fish-farmer has to do what a fish-farmer has to do.
Various species are cultured here, including red snapper, golden snapper, pompano, tiger grouper, malabar grouper, giant grouper and seabass. They are fed twice daily in order to reach market size. Time to harvest can be 6-24 months depending on the species. |
