This looks like a nice beach looking out to sea. The shot is taken under cloudy sky without harsh sunlight in late afternoon. Good pov (point of view) and well composed, except the horizon is tilted CCW (counterclockwise) which I have mentioned on your earlier post. It is good to always remember the horizon especially sea or lake, but if you forgot, you may use software edit to correct this minor problem, before posting to TE.
