Ciao Santo,non incazzarti,e' capitato a tutti che qualche foto venga rimossa senza un valido motivo e senza una mail di spiegazioni in risposta...non preoccuparti...e poi come farenmmo a vedere belle foto come le tue? Questo fortissimo contrasto di colori e' un bell'esempio di arte fotografica e un'ottima idea compositiva! Buona settimana! Luciano

Ciao Santo. So it looks as if you are planing to put into operation what some have done already and others)including myself0 have been thinking on and off. I might be following you soon as I have come to the realization that TE's credo is a hollow one and i wonder why i bother to write extensive notes when no one bothers to read them, unless it's someone whose work I have critiqued earlier. This so called membership numbering tens of thousands is a farce, a meaningless figure, as it's the same fifty or so members who keep scratching each other's backs. As for your photo, it's humorous, colourful and quirky- a bit like you. Regards caro amico and look after yourself. maybe in Spring our little mob could get together. Klaudio.

Graphical aspect and its vivid colours attract visitors even in its iconic form.

The funny detail from daily life is worth a praise, the loss of texture in the middle is my only reserve.

Hi Santo,
a very strong composition, you have perfectly realized the artistic potential of the lingerie.
And what I also like is the amazing contrast of the colors.
But reading your note and also reading Klaudio’ s comment makes me sad. I do not understand why the portrait has been removed by the moderators, it seems to me that they are dealing very arbitrarily with the rules. Hopefully you will stay here despite this very strange decision. You are one of the characters here that are enriching this site with wonderful photos and notes.

ciao santo,
let me first comment the photo - it had me laughing from the thumbnail, those two bras hanging from the shed's roof and the title "no support"... it's a good situation, funny and ironic.
as to the workshop, well, the reason it'was removed really beats me - there are hundreds of HDR and badly post-processed photos on these pages and the majority of them gets to stay...
I agree with you and with Klaudio about the urge, sometimes, to get out of it or take a break - the care one puts into the images and the notes seems very often to be a waste of time. and yet, like in daily life, the dullness and the meaningless of many things is forgotten when one encounters images and photos which really speak to our hearts and/or to our brains, and one hopes to get a glimpse of these gems more often and is often disappointed - yet the hope remains.
selfishly speaking, it would be a pity if you left.
your photo "the old man and the sea" still ranks amongst my few favourites :)

this is one to make us smile. It is pleasingly graphic too and I will add it to a group theme of mine if that's ok with you.Your OTT satuartion works well for this shot but you'd better watch out for the TE police!I'm sorry you are taking a break just when I have discovered you intersting and vairied gallery. Maybe you will give me nudge when you return.

Hi Santo.
Fantastic title! The photo is a stunner, with rich saturation and a certain strange lighting effect. I think you composed or cropped it very judiciously and the shot has the right amount of background to the bras. But I also love the shuttered window and the corrugated roof - could be in Australia but for the slightly exotic colouring. I don't think I'd ever 'see' a shot like this.

How did I miss this beauty? Even without the bras it would be a superb shot. But WITH the bras, it has that unique Skippy sense of humour and irony. Jesus this makes me laugh. Beautiful strong colours and just those 2 bras dangling there in the breeze. Bl**dy hilarious. Thanks for making my day. I understand your reasons for wanting a break, but it's now so good to see you back causing havoc :)
