[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Fly to the clouds...feeling like cloud 9, the pure whiteness and light vaporised substance, bringing you elevated to a height of peak achievement. It feels like looking out a plane flying into the clouds, but no, this is not inside a plane cabin looking out the window, with airconditioning. This is pure and natural air, fresh and unrestrained, out in the wild.

Just immediately at the end of Anglican Church sunday service (before 9am) on that June 1 day of Gawai Festival where we stayed overnight at Kampung Sadir village at William's homestay and next morning, attended his sermon at the wooden church at top of the hill overlooking the village, valley and the mountains. I could not help not to appreciate the wonderful view of nature at the distant valleys. I surely could not capture the true essence of the spirit and feel at that moment, as my limited skill of photography can at best bring to you only this puff of clouds over the top of mountains. Standing at the outside of church and looking across the space, this is the view you would see. How much I envy the villagers facing this environment daily and living a natural way. I wish you were here. Thank you for viewing.

Hello Bill. Beautiful image shot in RAW with the sharpness of the trees on top of the hill. The morning light illuminates the top of the canopy adds contrast in beautiful light and shadow perspective. Amazing low lying close captured at 135mmFL and you did well in leaving the saturated blue sky on top of the frame. Wonderful composition and thanks for sharing. Best regards. Jusni

Your frame is enviable with its splendid colored sky, clouds on sky while still staying part of it on pure forest. Especially silhouettes of trees in fog cloud are superb with rest of amazingly green forest. Congratulations.
