Photographer’s Note

That's love, a new beginning for two people to tie the knot and call it marriage. How nice it would be if I had known about photography many years ago and knew how to prepare for my own wedding photography then. And the same thing applying to you all married TE, and we would have very satisfactory wedding photographs to our liking and standard. Can we all go back in time and re-do our wedding photos then?

While out near to beach at Santubong area shooting for landscape at late afternoon, we chanced upon this wedding couple being photographed. Apparently, the photogarpher has found this place to be suitable for outdoor wedding shoot. And I just captured this action to complement the landscape which I was admiring.

Today I saw another wedding couple at Kuching's waterfront being photographed, and perhaps that will be another future post.

Hi Bill,
I happened to visit a wedding photographer exhibiting his work at a shopping center recently. In my mind his works are excellent. If I had the time I would have offered myself to be his apprentice. He charges thousands to photograph your wedding. I think there's money there. Anyway, an interesting and curious photo. The assistant is smiling at you. Regards. Latiff.

Hej Bill,
Its a funny scene. The bride might have a lot of sand in her shoes and the couple doesnt seem to be afraid of getting dirty :). Looking to the place where the flower holder stands it seems like there is a spot of sunshine coming thru just for the married couple.

Hello Bill, What a lovely spot for wedding photos. We could have wedding photos redone but I'm afraid mine would look terrible compared with those that were taken nearly 40 years ago, my wife & I are much, much older, better I keep my memories. A special moment very well captured.

I hope the bride is not too worried about sand in her wedding shoes. :D Very good shot of the beachside scene. The reflections in the wet part of the sand are a small but good feature of the image. Also of interest is the golf course(?) behind the wall. Good work.

Nice capture of the newly weds. Funny thing is they continue with the fotos after the wedding at the most unusual places. A week ago I witnessed a similar event, a week after the wdding. They were on the beach rolling on the sand etc . To tell the truth I thought it was too much.

Ha ha Bill. Wanna turn back the clock or just another excuse for the wedding photos...lol. I always came across this situation and it is very popular for couples to be doing photo shoot outdoors. Hi Bill,

The presence of the newlywed couple and of the photographer has an effetc of scale. The diagonal line made by the rocks is an asset to the composition. The light is enhancing the colors. the subject is well frame. Have a nice day.
