Garden Of Eden

Well...not really.
At the back of Deer Cave, just where the light at the end of the tunnel shine through, is a clump of trees amidst shrubberies, believed to be hundreds of years old. Looking at it from the stage erected inside the passage to view this "garden", it looks as if you are looking at an ancient garden. For lack of anything better to connote this impression, Garden Of Eden was given to it.
As you are looking at it from inside the dark cavernous cave, the lush greeneries in the daylight outside in the distant end, is a heavenly sight.
This photo of the same garden up close and taken from another angle but at a much better vantage point. The view from the stage is too far for the lens to get the definitive image. From the stage to the opening where the garden begins, it is roughly 100meters away and to actually walk across the wet slimy guano carpetted distance to the garden, prior permission is required. |

One year and 2 days before your picture, I tried to shot an identical scene from inside the Phong Nha Caves in Quang Binh, Vietnam, but failed. From my failure, I understand how difficult to capture both the inside and outside colors. I enjoy and appreciate your today contribution.
Best Regards,

Hi Rabani, indeed a welcoming sight coming out from the cavern. I like this shot looking up and onto the beautiful greenery. You captured it very well, because it isn't easy to do. Good job and well done. Thank you.
I really need to make some walks in the nature like this. These places are beautiful. In Portugal we have a mountainous wet zone in the North and everybody that have been there came stunned. In fact I stay stunned with the photos I see from there…
This is a great scenery, the cave, the luxurious forest, the rich contrast of tones, textures and shapes worked very well for this photo.
A little bit more sharpness could work well.
