The majestic mount Kinabalu from afar.
i took the picture while i was in my fiance house atop the hills in Inanam. here you are, the tallest mountain in South East Asia - gigantic, even from Kota Kinabalu |

hi Nc
I am happy to see this post from you. It is a great capture of the Mt Kinabalu that I have climbed twice and still find it mystical and charming. Not sure where is Inanam, but when driving down from Kudat and just before Kota Marudu, the highway also gives a nice view of Mt K at one of the road bends.
My suggestions. When you write your Note, try to make it more than 5 lines. i use some freeware to edit photos before posting them. You can download them free from
use irfanview from www.irfanview.net
or use paint.net from www.getpaint.net
Perhaps a workshop can be done to make the FG (foreground ) less dark, where I use Paint.net to adjust curves, levels and sharpen. This is only an example of what you can do, and it is by no means a better WS than your photo. I merely show the highlight to dark areas of FG by using edit software, because under-exposure can be easily rectified than overexposure.
In any case, your post here is a great shot of scenic Mt K.
