Snorkelling Paradise Photo

Photographer’s Note

One of the tourist attraction point of Manukan Island is able to snorkelling on the the greenery shallow water along the cost, over than 40 types of fishes living at this area. However scuba diving is not popular at this island, it is more popular at Sipandan Island, Perhentian Island, Langkawi Island...etc.

Photo at above taken on Manukan Island to show some tourists snorkelling on the sea, the oppesite island is Mamuntik Island.

A beautiful place to spend some relaxing time I see. Nice composition showing good colours and details. You framed this scene well and the addition of the tourists enhances the feeling associated with this type of places. Well done Ally :-)

Ally, your picture looks a bit sad and/or dramatic, but I guess it was just before sunset. What so ever my personal feelings, your shot is perfectly composed and executed. The 2 divers in the foreground add DOF to the islands in the background.

Lovely view of the island and sea for snorkeling activity. This is very popular place for tourists to KK because it is within easy reach but I have not visited these islands because I had a chance to go east and see the natural islands with no tourists.

I prefer that. And maybe return again soon.

Since certainly it is necessary to to be a paradise, the transparency and color of the water confirms it. Good composition with another island to the bottom, the precious sky and both divers in the first term.

there is a slight tilt but from my point of view is it even emphasizing the dramatic atmosphere of the sea. Very exciting colors of the sky and the sea! A great impression!

Hi Ally,

The presence of the persons has an effect of scale. The point of view leads our eyes toward the island and the mountains in the background which is givinbg a sense of depth to the photo. The light has a good effect on the differents tints of colors of the tropical scenery. Have a nice day.

Well, as I would be there, a perfect place for a good holiday.

I like the variety of shades of blue, in a good frame. Divers break the symmetry of the place.

Hello Ally, Lovely place for some water activities, the water looks very clean and is crystal clear, the sky looks overcast and adds some drama to the scene. Well composed, good natural colour with the people in FG adding interest & depth to this well captured scene.
I also like WS version but I prefer this one with the people in FG, add life. Well done.
