Photographer’s Note
40km off the east coast of Sabah, Malaysian Borneo,out of the port of Sandakan, lies the Turtle Islands Marine Park. We visited Pulau Selingan in the hope of watching the turtles come onto the beaches to lay their eggs. The island has many beautiful and secluded beaches, and while waiting for the sun to go down I took this shot of these steps obviously leading to a heavenly paradise!
