Breaking the Rule Of Third in making a different deal of a tree during sunset. In most times, we always look at things especially the one count for much, between our eyes or right about center.
One of those few trees which stands alone all by itself, on a tree lined beach of Tanjung Simpang Mengayau or the Tip Of Borneo.
While the tree wouldn't make much of an impression by itself in broad daylight, its singularity says a little bit more within the hues of sunset.

The sky is indeed gorgeous, but you ruined it by placing the tree silhouette in the frame. Independent of composition rules, I don't think this tree belongs anywhere in this image. Its shape simply doesn't complement the beautiful background.
