Photographer’s Note
A windy night at Sutera Harbour.
Just manage to shot 3 pictures before it starting to rain heavily. There was a little light maybe because city lights reflected to the clouds that full of water. I can see the sea clearly. Because it starting to rain and I have to shot it fast, I have to bump my ISO to 1600 and that produce horrendous noise in my picture.
I hope also can gain some knowledge from friends over here what the best setting for this situation. Is it possible using flash this time and what the setting?

Hi Shamsul,
I don't see something extremely wrong with this photo. Despite of some noise this shot has got mood, good color. I personally think there is a little bit too much light at that photo. It doesn't look like deep night. In that respect, may be next time you better try ISO something around 400-800 and make photo more "nightlike". But anyway, this is a very good shot, thanks.
Regards,
Dmitri
