Photographer’s Note
A unique hydropowered generator designed by a farmer in a remote village called libang laut in Tambunan. The inventor used scrap metal build the waterwheel and connected it to a toyota gearbox and long shaft to run the dynamo. it supplies power to 12 houses. my hats off to the inventor hamid jasmin.

Hi Roy,
Well that's learning about the world through photography. My hat's off to him too.
Good shot, the POV and composition tells the story perfectly. I like the way you've included the man walking across the bridge, puts the human element into the shot and adds scale to his invention.
