very good portrait, Jurgen, I like the expression on his face, from there we don't know if he is going to warm up to the camera and you or simply turn around! He is definitely not to be taken fro granted...

technically, I am not quite an expert, but it seems you nailed it perfectly as well.
Last: nice to see a close-up that's really sharp!

Beautifully expressive face and great composition. The elements in the back work best like this, out of focus, filling in the space but not competing with the center of attention.
