Beautiful, I love the stillness and calm you have captured.

I think I would have preferred it without the man on the bike in the foreground, either way he is too central in the shot for my liking

I love the color here and I find the biker silhouette a refreshing change. I see so many silhouetted buildings or trees so this one brings a bit more life for me. I do think that you have the makings of two photos here though. The first would be without the biker using the larger boat as a main subject positioned near the right third. The second might be to move slightly to the left to exclude the boat and make the biker the main subject. The background is gorgeous and the hazy layers of the distant mountains give it great depth.
