Photographer's Note

A quick shot taken in Luang Prabang, there's still not a ray of sunshine when i had a very early start to a really cold grey foggy morning as I headed towards Mekong River bank in pursuit of capturing some images, hopefully sunrise at the boat station. Came across this scene greeted by the lone strolling monk in the mist and obviously he became my prime target when I swung my trusty multi purpose 18-70mm around and grabbed this shot, using smallest f-number possible for maximum depth of field.

I simply love the peaceful feeling this gave me i thought enough to bag the mood into the shot and the result was just what I wanted to show here while trying to record the scene and maintain everything in the elements as what i shot in camera.
