Photographer’s Note

This is a simple city, no traffic jams, little crime usually. Nice people! 15% of the people in Laos live in this city according to Lonely Planet. Most streets are unpaved, dusty with chickens pecking around. I enjoyed doing absolutely nothing here, eating, resting!

This is an interesting effect you have achieved here, with the girls being really sharp and the background blurred. It doesnt look like a DOF effect, more like you did this PP.The lighting on the girls also seems different. I would be interested to know.
I have often wondered what tourists do is Laos - now I know.

double smile.. I would rather want to title this in this name.A superb color.. But i wish to see even the wall also with details..(not in off-focus)..

Hi Gloria!
Very nice shot two girls laughing as they go by in the beautiful background illuminated by the warm lights.
I noticed a strange point, this bicycle have the chain wheel in the left. Is this usually in this country?
Great moving blur of the background.
