Sparks of Mekong, a photo from Louangphabang, North

Photographer's Note

At this place the ancient Mekong river has a milky muddy brown color, running its course thru green hills covered with lush vegetation.
A short while before sunset, somehow the sun rays produced this golden image.
I can't beat nature, so I left the natural colors and didn't even try a workshop to enhance them.

Hi Daniel, good shot of the Mekong.
the POV was good to have a natural frame, a large view on the amazing reflection on the water, but the sky area is overexposed, with a light too strong that cancelled the colours and the original light of the sky.
it's a pity 'cause it was a wonderful sunset.

Wow, this is beautiful. I think the fill flash was a great idea, the vegetation would have been black without it. Great image, TFS!

how wonderful Luang Prabang
even i was born in Laos but i never been Luang Prabang before in my life but it is good to see some beautiful picture like this, it's perfect natural, i like a green colore of leaf there
