Photographer's Note
Available throughout South East Asia, 'snake wine' is an alcoholic beverage produced by infusing whole snakes in rice wine or grain alcohol. These ones were on sale on the bank of the Mekong river where we stopped en route to Luang Prabang.

I have quite a few snakes on my island that you are welcome to bottle. Where should I mail them too? ;-)
The contrast, color and composition are superb. Better yet is the subject, for us xenophobic american's it makes us squirm

Those poor snakes... But the shot is beautiful, love both the colors and the composition.
