Nam Ang lies just off the main road between Huay Xai and Luang Namtha. The laolao (40% or more proof rice wine) salesman was in the village in his pick-up, this lady had just topped up her plastic bottle and was striding away smoking her pipe. A good evening ahead of her perhaps!
