The Thai-Dam (black Thai) are living in upland valleys of northern Laos but also can be seen in Luang-Prabang market. They are one of the most beautiful looking tribe, pleasant and honest people.
They have a caste system divided them to three main casts: the nobility, the common and the priests.
They are well known for their handicraft of making silk clothe and knitting.

Cool portrait and good DoF.
The colorfulness of the image give an outstanding view, especially the traditional headgear worn by the lady.
Well done, Yuval.
