[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
It's September, and it's raining and the horse is scared as the slope is far too steep and very slippery. And I am scared, too. This photo is just like a diary record.
The grass is already burnt by the summer, and the snow on mountain tops is coming lower and lower, every morning.
But when I sit at home, in front of your computer, in the warmth and comfort of my house or my office and I look at this shot, I so want to be back on that horse and that slope.

Hello, Alex -
The striking thing about this image is how you used the POV to capture the terrifying steepness of the slope. The colors of the horse and rider and the mountains in the background also add to the overall impact of the image. I know what you mean about wanting to be back there - I hope you get to go.

Hi, Alex -

A very dramatic positioning, with the steep slope / diagonal and the narrow paty. One definitely gets a sense of vertigo!

Although I like the placement of the elements, something about the color bothers me. I can't put my finger on it - maybe I'll try a WS - but in the meantime have some smilies.

Regards,
Dan
