Silkroad travels: Kyrgyzstan:

Another view of the Kyzyl-suu valley from the same place like in my last picture, this time upstream, in easterly direction. The mountains of Chong-Alay kirkasy (=Trans Alay range) are here topped by pik Kurumdy (6'613 m asl.; center) and pik Zarya Vostoka (6'349 m asl.; to the left). The territories of Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and China join up on top of Zarya Vostoka.
The pass that we will have to climb (Irkestam) is cropped off on the left side.

The landscape is amazing, and I like the pink foreground, which introduces very well to the faint mountains.
Very beautiful

Hallo Dietrich,
wie beim letzten Foto..die Weite der Landschaft und des Flusstales ist überwältigend.
