Photographer’s Note
On the way to lake Son-Kul I came across this old Russian Lada and for a second (or more) I felt like I traveled back in time or I was in a place where time stood still. It's an interesting thing to see some of the most modern cars out there, down the streets of Kyrgyzstan alongside some of the oldest still running ones. The contrast is fascinating and what's even more interesting is how we crave for the most advanced cars only to spend days in the repair shop once every couple of months and hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars on parts when there is this 100 $ true off-road alternative:)
Have a sunny summer,
Mircea

Hallo Mircea!
You show us a great landscape which I like very much! The sunny stripe across the picture looks very interesting. The wideness is incredible! Your low point of view works very well! Thank you for showing this impressive region!
Greetings from Germany!
Frank
