Taxi Drivers Photo

Photographer’s Note

I had photographed this image a few years back while traveling to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. I found that the unemployment rate is high and that most men who have a vehicle and are unemployed, tend to be "taxi" drivers.

These gentlemen where playing cards waiting for their next fare.

Image was converted to B&W and grain added.

A nice street capture. Your POV sets the men free aginst the white wall and a the same time you show the park on the far left - well done. The glance back at you from one of the drivers brings a contact that is very good for the picture. B&W a good choice, could use a little more contrast on my screen though.

A good street candid shot, B&W working well , some more contrast and sharpness can be ok too
