It looks in the thumbnail as if the snake is jumping and has flaps of skin to help it fly...especially with your title to help the suggestion.... but it still doesn't look like the grass could support the weight of the snake which looks like it is just curled up and sunbathing.

I remember when I was in Asia, at night there was a risk that we have some scorpion on, I saw them really get on my friends!
