Photographer’s Note
In Almaty's Panfilov's park dedicated to the division of 28 soldiers who all died protecting Moscow at the WWII . The flame never goes off and people never stop coming to this memorial.
PS. You may decide this is too much of post editing, I admit it does look a bit too much, but it works for me, hope it does for you as well.

Hello Saule,
it is an interesting place...it reminds me on the Armenian Etarnal flame in Yerevan, dedicated to the victims of the Armenian genocide. I never was there but I know it from Trekearth.
I like the special-effect you added to the photo. Well done
